Virtual power plants in Arizona

Arizona's utilities operate outside the organized ISO/RTO markets. Both large utilities in the Phoenix area run battery VPP pilots that pay per average kW your battery delivers: APS Storage Rewards (summer season) and SRP Battery Partner (summer and winter).

2 programs: 2 pilot. Checked October 2, 2026.
