Virtual power plants in Georgia

Georgia is in the Southeast, outside the organized ISO/RTO markets, and Georgia Power is the main utility. Georgia Power's 2025 resource plan proposed a Customer-Sited Solar Plus Storage Pilot with a 'Customer Directed' option (paid for performance in events) and a 'Company Directed' option (larger upfront incentive). No residential battery VPP open to homeowners was confirmed on a Georgia Power page.
